Families of missing persons gathered on May 15, 2009 in Supreme Court to make an appeal to the honorable judges to fix the cases of their “Missing Loved-one” as soon as possible. They expressed their views and told the media how desperate and devastated they have become after being constantly in the miseries and tortures of waiting for their loved-ones.
Mrs. Amina Masood Janjua leading the families of missing persons was shiveringand shaking with emotions as she told the agonies of their shattered lives. She said it was a statement made by the Chief Justice himself: “A delay in Justice is denial of Justice” then why are we denied of Justice and why are our loved ones still suffering in secret underground torture cells held by local agencies & CIA? Is this the way to honor respectable, highly qualified and law-abiding citizens of Pakistan?
Mrs.Amina Masood Janjua collapsed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan at 2pm on 15thMay, 2009 and was taken to PolyclinicHospital in 1122 ambulance on complaint of heartache, nausea, shivering, low blood pressure, swelled legs and blistered feet because of extreme exertion over the years of turmoil.
The constant ignoring of the issue of Missing Persons by all the 3 pillars of state is condemnable. Shame on the authorities who have still failed to ask the release of honorable Pakistanis from the U.S. and its secret agencies.
Loved-ones will never be forgotten and an aggressive struggle for their release will be carried out by the families of the missing persons till their last breath.
The families can never give up or stop their struggle even if the authorities ignore them and leave them to be killed on the roads………………!
