The warm hearted people of Pakistan welcome you Mr. Richard Hallbrook in your first visit to our "Beloved Homeland". Shortly you will see yourself that Pakistan is a beautiful landscape of mountains, green fields, river beds and deserts. Its people too are as beautiful in their hearts as pretty they are in their faces.

I am writing you this on behalf of the peace loving aggrieved people of Pakistan who have suffered a long way, and in your brief visit you may not get a chance of getting close to any of the true patriotic representative of Pakistan. Each citizen of Pakistan has deep wounds and scars upon their hearts, incurred by the "War on Terror" through its grave human rights violation, murders, illegal kidnappings, tortures and even selling of its valuable citizens to CIA (as mentioned in Ex-President Musharraf's book; "In the line of fire").

Unfortunately in the last decade, all which was a violation of the law of the land as well as international laws and treaties was made legitimate under the banner of so called "War on Terror". Among thousands of its sufferers were those highly qualified respectable individuals & families whose loved ones were picked up and dumped in unknown underground torture cells and military camps run by our own Intelligence Agencies but monitored, controlled & financed by Foreign, mostly US Agencies.

It is my humble and most earnest appeal to you in the name of Humanity; Sir, please take notice of the fate of OUR LOVED ONES rotting in these cells and safe houses for years without end. If the authorities have failed to prove them guilty even after torturing them in secret detentions for 4 to 6 Years, they can never prove them guilty for the rest of their lives either.............!

Mr. Hallbrooke your are a seasoned politician and a most expert Envoy especially deployed for our region by your newly elected Government. Therefore it is necessary to convey to you the aspiration and expectations of the people of Pakistan. We love our country as much as Americans love their country. We respect Human Rights and Rule of Law as much it is important for Americans. We appreciate and highly value the three commendable orders to uplift human rights, passed on by the new President Barack Obama, immediately after taking oath. We feel confident to urge you too to play your most vital role for the closure of all CIA/ ISI camps existing in partnership on the soil of Pakistan and expedite the process of the release of innocent loved-ones suffering in them.

It will be extremely helpful in building a positive image of US in Pakistan as well as in gaining the trust and confidence of the citizens of both America and Pakistan.

Thousands of families of picked up relatives like me will be intently looking upon your positive moves for them. I will be hoping for a safe and sound release of my husband, detained by local Agencies for nearly 4 years now without any trial, justice or contact with the family. And similarly other aggrieved families are expecting to gain your kind attention and hoping for an immediate relief in the form of their released loved-ones.

It would be like a gesture of good will from the US, for the people of Pakistan; a great act of kindness to which justice was denied for a very long time.

I will keep praying for the Peace, Prosperity and True brotherly relations of the two countries, Pakistan and America.

May God bless you for this great service!

Yours sincere,
