Civil Society of Pakistan Condemning Nato Strikes

Yesterday Defence of Human rights demonstrated in front of parliament
house Islamabad against recent attacks by NATO forces. Participants
were carrying placards and banners denouncing American and NATO
aggression. Amina Masood Janjua, Luqman Qazi and General (r)
Hameed Gul addressed the congregation. Mrs Janjua stressed government
and military leadership to open their eyes and realize the real face of their so
called ally on war of terror. She reminded that it is for USA that
Pakistani agencies had brutally kidnapped and tortured and killed
thousands of our brethren but the attack of mighty USA is like a slap
on the policies which slave decision makers of Pakistan are following
for the last one decade.
In his address Gen Hameed Gul told that Shamsi air base is not the
only facility used by NATO forces and there are many others. He
demanded to withdraw all military and logistics support to allied
forces. General Gul also said, “At least now government must see the
plight of women of missing person’s families who have been protesting
for years on roads for the release of their loved ones. We all demand
release of our citizens”
